Stables with a Farmscape garnet fibre cement roof and timber side cladding
1. Located near the top of a hill, we had to be sure it would be able to stand up to the wind.

3. Inside there is plenty of light, stabling for four horses, a fodder room, a tack room and even a pen for some sheep! |

We now provide 20 foot and 15 foot long field shelters.
These are 10 feet wide, the framework is a combination of galvanised steel angle and preservative treated heavy timber. A fibre cement roof is fitted, with preservative treated 1” thick Yorkshire boarded sides, and 4’ high, 18mm thick OSB Kickboards all round the inside.
We will assemble your shelter on a level site and peg it down. We could fit skids on the bottom, but as these are strong, well-built structures, only a large four wheel drive tractor will tow one.

To reduce the disturbance to the horses, a fibre cement roof, (dark green) was fitted; the noise from a heavy shower of rain on a steel box profile roof would be alarming! |

Additional Stables Adding stables along one side of the ménage. The building is on a hillside, so to avoid costly excavation and retaining walls, a suspended concrete floor is fitted at the higher ground level. We can supply a full range of equestrian equipment such as stable fronts, partitions, feed troughs and storage bins etc. |

Please note that we are used to working around animals, and cause the minimum amount of disturbance.
Our experience with tanks and silos suggests that these would make excellent horse swimming pools. This is another aspect we would like to explore.
